very unprofessional <br/>they only making commitment not going toserve people all the people in the company have no professional or moral responsiblity<br/>staff did not know what is the freight they have to charge <br/>and director not willing to talk on the phone <br/>so in my opinion this is a company running by the group of fraud of delhi because in india the fraud of delhi is famouns

I booked a parcel from Delhi to Coimbatore in Bakshi Parcel.Over the phone they gave an estimate of Rs1200 and promised for door to door delivery and time of maximum 10 days.but they charged me Rs2500 ultimately and it is almost a month and when i called they did not attend my calls deliberately and when i was able to contact finally they said the parcel has reached near my area but i have to pa Rs 400 extra for home delivery,otherwise i have to go there and pick it up myself.I request ppl do not trust Bakshi packers ultimately you'll be paying more than theirs service is worth for + headache
