They are very fast but in the process they damage the goods. They damaged my new fridge by bending the condenser pipes completely and refused to take responsibility for it. When I tried to speak to them about it, the owner kept arguing and refused to accept fault. I sent him before and after pictures as well (3-4 months old fridge it was) to which he asked how I could prove that it was previously not dented and several other evasive arguments. My suggestion would be to take pictures before they carry your stuff because they will not give you a penny in case of damage. Update: small dent? You have bent my entire radiator behind the fridge which is leading to leaking and cooling issues. My fridge was in brand new condition, your packers didn't exercise caution while lifting it and they put the blame on me saying that it was there from before. Good service from Chandan Packers And Movers for requested to shift my complete household goods from Bhubaneswar to Khordha. 2 labors came to my home and loaded all the good through Cartoon boxes. They brought normal plastic cartoon boxes and materials. But, already goods have been packed with another vendor ( Agarwal packers and movers) earlier. So, I told them no need for packing. Totally, they took 1 hour to finish loading and unloading work. Only, the thing is they used normal cartoon boxes to load my goods. Earlier, I took service from Agarwal packers and movers they used Wooden cartoon boxes to load my gift items and TV. So, It was nice. Otherwise, all the things have been good.
