I had booked my household goods from Delhi to Purnea. These were delivered late by 15 days. My one item was missing, which is not found till date. Now they are not even attending call. They had insured my goods and collected money in lieu of insurance premium, but did not give policy number citing it will be given later. Later when I asked policy no. they did not replied. I am going to complaint against them. Its my advice based on my experience don't do any business with them. They are fraud. The contact person was named Satish.

Fraud people. Collected full payment a week before shifting goods and denied service after receiving the payments. When asked for a refund, they denied receiving any payments. That's why they receive full amount in cash and told us to give receipt the next day. Please don't trust them. These people are not eligible to do business. Very worst behavior. Full of frauds.

We have received our goods twenty days late and most of them were damaged asking for insurance amount from last five months
