The biggest fraud company you can ever imagine. They are thugs. Huge delay for my bike and luggage. Driver went to his home leaving the truck at Pali with my stuffs in it and lied to me that i have delivered the item. Some other driver is coming after so many calls. Everyone is fraud here. I have every call recording. If anyone wants to hire there services ask me for those recordings first and get hear the proof. 2nd sept i kept my bike and luggage to transfer it to gurgaon from Ahmedabad. Till 13th i was not having any clue where my luggage and bike is. They don't receive phone calls nor do they reply back. Hidden charges are also in the basket which they wont tell u on phone. Anyone wants to know the truth and need recordings can contact me. My Bike was also damaged. They say door to door service which is also just a lie from there side. DO NOT TRUST THEM, NEVER EVER HIRE THEM. Google is not having an option for negative stars i would have given that.

by booking dsr logistic... u ill get head ache, frustrating n all.. poor customer support... they don't even know how to talk with customer.. waste of money n time.. pls avoid dsr logistic to shit your house... i shifted my house from Bangalore to Hyderabad they said it will take 2 days... its been almost 5 days till now i did't receive my house hold needs... they r sitting in ac rooms n talking simply want slap these people.... shame on ur service.

DSR is a fraud company<br/>I am strongly NOT recommended to Move your house hold or any valuable Goods with DSR Logistics Pvt. Ltd. I have paid insurance premium for valuable house hold, I have lost my Brand New fridge value of Rs.16000/-<br/>It was completely broken and damaged during the transition from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I have called to Kishan chaudhry and Mr.Rajendra ( Manager of DSR) from Ahmedabad Office for then 50+ time. there is No any answer from them to get cover my fridge under insurance. I have all bills with mentioned extra insurance amount. Moved my household stuff from MG road to Mumbai through this packers and they quoited me Rs.7000 for shifting . They took 8 days to delivered my goods . There was no damage while shifting . They packed all my goods properly which was quite impressive .Pretty happy to avail service from this business .

From noida to Bangalore I had moved my household goods through this business . They had quoted me Rs.30,000 and took around 5 to 6 days to reach our destination . There was some cracks and scratches in my crockery items ,wooden almirah , glass dining table ,bed and other household appliance . The didn't handle my goods properly and the packing was not done in professional way . I am not satisfied by their work . I wont recommend this business .

With the help of this packers and movers i had shifted my house hold goods from Gurgaon to Noida. The cost which they charged me was Rs.2,000. Work was completed within a day. While loading and unloading there was also no damages.
