I visited dtdc to courier a certificate to karnal of wt 10gm. Normal charge 100 rs and prime charges 350 rs. As dtdc not taken the courier as it certificate and not go in nomal it can go in prime service. It mean dtdc normal courier service is not reliable and un trustful. Where as speed post charge is only 36 rs. And after person pay 100 rs the service is un reliable.
