Very good service from Euro Logistics for requested to shift my partial household goods like 5 to 6 cot and beds from Kolkata to Bangalore. 2 people came to my home and gave a very good response and moved the goods on time. They used cartoon boxes to load my goods and safely moved my goods without any damage. So, I am happy with their service provided by them.

I took Euro Logistics India Packers and Movers to shift my household items from Amherst Street, Kolkata to Chennai, they charged 24000 rupees for the service which was not worthy according to their work, they damaged many of my household stuff like bed, they just unloaded items but did not arrange them as promised, I am really very much dissatisfied with the service provided by Euro Logistics India Packers and Movers.

I paid them to shift all my household goods from Kolkata to Hyderabad. Sanjay Sharma was the person I spoke with. Believe me these guys are bunch of thieves running business. Only possible in our country. They have stolen atkeast 2 lakh rupees of my goods and damaged many others. They speak very politely and pose like professionals but THEY ARE WAY BEYOND BAD. MAFIAS. YOUR GOODS ARE HARD EARNED. DO NOT RISK THEM WITH THESE LOOTERS.

Euro Movers and Packers/ Euro Logistics are cheat. Recently on 14th of Agust 2016 I shifted my household goods from Hyderabad to Kolkata. They charged me for insurance @3% for the declared value of my goods and Octroi @ 3% for which they said the insurance policy and the octroi receipt will be sent to me/ email within 3-4 days. But Now 24 days have passed and in spite of numerous phone calls and follow up I have not yet received the receipts. Now Rakesh Kaushil of their Hyderabad branch stopped taking my calls. Further, they charged me Service Tas @ 15% but now I understand in transportation service tax is charged @5.60% as per GTA. These people are cheat, do not trust them at all. They talk nicely before taking business and after that they change their colour and behave rudely. As the company claims in it's website that they have network of branches all over India, is a false claim. Basically branches are outsourced to local vendors on who the company has got no control.

I would like to share my experience I had with Euro Logistics service last Saturday. Just like every customer i was hoping my house moving should go well without any delay/problems. unfortunately i was going through a very hard time trying to get a mover last minute as the mover that I initially booked the service with did not turn up and refused to answer my calls. (I would not like to reveal the mover name though) I tried calling Euro Logistics to help me, although the price that I was quoted by Euro Logistics was higher than the quote I confirmed with the other mover, I must say they worked hard for the money and I was very delighted to pay them more if I had to as they really helped me a lot and lighten the burden the other mover left on me. They came here at the time they fixed punctually and those 4 guys did a wonderful job for me. They were all local movers and well mannered although they had tattoo on them. Initially I saw a few reviews about Euro Logistics and to be honest that was the reason for me to choose the other mover as they had many more good reviews about their service. After that day I realize that we should never judge a book by its cover. I'm so glad I tried Euro Logistics and I got to know them and their service better.
