Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I had a terrible experience with them. They were extremely unprofessional and unreliable from the start. Came Late and Not on Time: Despite confirming the scheduled time, the team arrived hours late, causing a lot of inconvenience. Had to make multiple calls. Negligence and Lack of Care: The workers showed a shocking level of negligence while handling my belongings. Fragile items were not packed securely, and some ended up damaged. Rude Behavior: The staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain how I wanted certain things handled. Their behavior made an already stressful situation even worse. Poor Organization: They didn’t organize the goods properly during packing or unpacking. Items were dumped haphazardly, making it difficult to locate essential things later. Hidden Charges After Service: After completing the move, they demanded additional charges that were never mentioned during the initial quotation. This felt like a complete rip-off.

Had a terrible experience with this guys, Contacted them via just dial - we had agreement to relocate from bangalore to chennai for 21k till this time everything was smooth with Wasim. On the day of relocation the issue started, they where suppose to come at 10 am but they reached at 3pm and the tone of wasim has completely changed and he was like we will come when we can come in that attitude and demanded for 50% payment.I said will send only after the tempo reaches my spot. I had to pay 1200 extra for the labours as they claimed we cant lift coats/big items without lift for manual lifting i have pay them Once they reached at 3pm immediately he asked for 50% amt Loading was done by 9pm immediately he asked for 25% more Next day the lorry reached the spot and at this point he shared the invoice which was for 24500 including GST and state permit tax which was never ever mentioned during our discussion multiple time.. I had to pay as i was left with no choice, Once the lorry reached

They damaged our property walls and stolen electronic gadgets when we tried calling to the workers and owner they blocked our numbers When we tried to find their location through Google maps their business doesn't exist in this location at all
