Not reliable for shifting household items. I shifted my household items from Ahmedabad to Kanpur in December 2021. Firstly it took around 12 days to get my items then they were in so much hurry for payment, I could not unpack all my boxes. I trusted on them and made full payment. My items were insured, but now I have found one cartan box with all my western clothes is missing and they are not responding or sharing any insurance related details with me. Please don't take risk of sharing your household items by this courier. They were also very confused about total number of boxes from starting. Apart from it they took around rs 1000 tip on both the locations.
