I was booked on 16-11-19 for Arambagh west bengal from rewari but they unable to dispatch my household good to destination. 30th nov i collect my goods from burdwan . They increase the rate after dispatch my material. Argue is that your goods is increased as discussed. They charge me too much cost because my goods was in their custody and i have no option. They deny to door to door service . There was no any response from his side because i was paid the total charges in advance. When i threat him i will lodge complain against you then they give me 1500 to manage vehicle for my good from burdwan to arambagh. I was pay 2000 but addition 500 not issue . Matter is when i am paying for service then why will i suffer. i was i too much tension to see their service . So please beware and dont pay advance.
