Worst service ever. Fraudulent billing. Fake charges. Delayed response. Broken and damaged delivery. Collection centre not answering phone call. Asking for full advance payment and threatening to send the vehicle to Kolkata.

Not worth even for single star rating.. does not even stand for zero.. Pathetic and disgusting service.Staff was so rude and unprofessional right from the manager to ground workers.They used wrong tactics to delay the packaging, loaded the truck right at the time of No Entry and then threatened to take the truck to their warehouse only to release upon double payment.. Such an unprofessional packaging and mishandling of my household items.. Electronic items like Ac was not packed and it was just dragged by them.. They Broke the glass window of my neighbour in the same building.Dont have words to describe their shrewdness.. can just say that it was a traumatic experience of my life which I will Never ever overcome.. but this episode gave me learning too.. So please beware before hiring Gati packer and movers

Worst Service , improper Packing . Material shot . ( Don't know how to load the material ) Washing machine , Tv , Bed Leg , Laminate Crockery all in broken condition . Better go with Agarwal packers n movers ..

One of the worst service provider. They know nothing about packing and handling goods. They have damaged my fridge . They are not true to commitments. Please be aware of them. Do not take service from Gati.
