Very bad service.Please think twice or thrice before you step in to their office.I was cheated after all payments,yet to receive my things from Trivandrum.So, please take care.

Worst service. I kept my household items with them and asked to deliver when i got a house. First, they didn't deliver on time. Secondly, when they delivered, one ply of bed was missed. They told, they will bring next day and then they will do unpacking and assembly of furniture. They came next day much late than given time, did unpacking and assembly of two beds, unpacking of almirah and dressing table. For assembly remaining items, they told they will come day and also will take the waste cartoons next day only. And the guy Rajesh took all the money from me and told will come next day for sure for finishing remaining work. They never came, when called didn't receive the call. I had to do all the unpacking and assembly. Still a mountain of cartoon boxes are kept at my home. Few furnitures have scratches, few boxes are wet. The person Rajesh from gowry packers is a greedy person, always wants money in advance and once gets the money, he will forget his duties. So beware of such packers

I have approached Gowri packers and movers for relocating my household items from Pathanamthitta to trichy. Mr Rajesh who contacts you is an agent who works in pathanamthitta. Gowri packers has an office in trivandrum. The agent speaks nicely with you till he gets the money in hand and asks for full amount in advance. He said there will be 3 people coming in the vehicle and they will unload the household items. He does not arrange for any insurance before hand, convinces you by saying that it is not required and it is a long process. If he tell him we need that he said he will arrange for it after the goods reach Trichy. it is utter stupidity and no meaning in that. The agent does not pick any calls after goods are loaded and he gets the money in hand. My house hold items were loaded on friday and reached on sunday evening. I had asked for delivery on saturday. These people shift our items to their godown in trivandrum and depending on driver availability. worst packers in kerala.

Still now I don't receive my parcel. They took all the items but still now I don't get any message from them. Now Rajesh shitch off the mobile.

I had a nice experience with the Gowri Star Packers & Movers. Movement from Trivandrum to Kochi. I had less items. They were ready to take the quote. It was reasonable. And they delivered within one day. Items were undamaged. The manager was very positive. And the crew were also nice. The payment was made upfront. I am happy with my outcome. Thank you.
