Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

They will commit for everything but during pickup they will ask you dismantle items. This company only provides and packing and transport. They do not have any idea how to dismantle furniture. Porter app is better than this.

I’ll not say unprofessional, they are literally headache no one listen you, when i called hemant he told “aisa hi hota h”. I would suggest if you don’t have any other option then hire some people but do not go for this fucker hemant logistic service

Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They left the packed carton as per request and charged 70rs per carton. They gave assurance that they will collect the carton and will refund the money. Its been more than a month I am trying to connect Mr Hemant to collect the carton back and refund the amount, but there has been no positive response till now and he has stopped picking the call. My entire washroom cannot be use because it is filled of empty cartons. Very unprofessional services. Not true to his words.

Excellent Service, Highly Affordable Service, Extremely Professional Behavior, Service on-Time

Ramkumar, Krishna, and Mukesh did a great job. Showed up on time at 7a.m and helped in doing everything perfectly. Would take this service again. Thanks to Hemant Logistics Packers and Movers.
