Dear Readers, I booked the Movers and packers service from Raipur to Bangalore. Mr. Ramesh Poonia and His team Mates- Gautam and Sumit are taking care the Raipur operation. He charged 39k for shifting House stuff and 13K for 4 Wheeler. He promised for 4 Layers of Packing but didn't do packing as committed, resulting in damage of many furniture. Even he saved a lot in packing by not doing Lamination on all. Many packages I received in wet condition. The company doesn't have own fleet for transporting. After talking packing, it gives 3rd party to transport. The staff who came to home for packing were totally untrained ,unprofessional and abusive. Later when I claimed for Insurance, the company asked insurance company to transfer full amount to its account, which was supposed to be transferred to customer's account. Then the company didn't pay me at all.
