Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service

They take the material, then demand more money to deliver it. I practically faced the problem. Please don't trust this agency.

I sent my home appliances from Chennai to Visakhapatnam through this packers. Initially they quoted Rs10,500 but later they billed for insurance and tax. So altogether they charged Rs14040. I am very much disappointed with their response. They demanded to pay money before loading the things, I made it too. They shifted it safely without damages but they did not offer the door step delivery. In Vishakapatnam they handover the goods to the local packers. They came and delivered to my place but they did not do unloading. I paid extra Rs200 for them to unload the stuff. Totally I paid Rs14240 to them. Overall I would like to rate as average services.

From Chennai to Jamshedpur we have shifted our house hold things by this packers. Rs.27000 I have paid them for relocating our goods. Took six days to deliver our stuff. Three person came for the packing and unloading. Small damages in our goods like bureau and in Bike. However they have done the job good.
