Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I sent my bike in October 2022, according to how I have observed this agents didn't parcel my helmet along with my bike. My bike was delivered 3 months delay with damages. Till today 23rd of February 2023, they said they're searching my helmet. This is ridiculous! Is this the way to serve the customer? I'm damn frustrated with Jaideep packers and movers.

Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. So unprofessional, dealings with the customer is totally rubbish. They promised to deliver my stuffs within 5-10 days and it took almost two months, and the worst is they don't even dare to say sorry for the delay. They argue back as if they have done nothing wrong. They've even broken my bike stand, they don't care about that too. My tablet has been used by them for 2 and half months. I handed over in brand new condition and they didn't deliver it, instead they used. After months of enquiry and questions they gave back instead of sending to where it is supposed to be. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Don't make the same mistake like I did by trusting this agent. Very very very bad.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

One of the worst packers and movers. They are handling packages very worst manner. Items are damaged and there is no compensation for the same. Workers and not good they are not willing to move items carefully. Company person talk you initially they will take care of each and every item but lots of items are damaged. Don't choose this packers. One of the worst packers I experienced. One review also have some value but they don't deserve that also.
