Terrible service. Firstly, only two good things about their entire process was packaging and cataloging. Now, their mismanagement and overcharging - JD informed us that they will send separate vehicle for our cargo but instead brought it in a shared truck. Then, at the time of delivery, they had not informed the driver that labor is not available and the driver shouted on us. We decided to meet at the new apartment but labor arrived 4 hours late because management at JD had not informed them on time. As a result, our office hours and whole day was messed up because of mismanagement. Better to go for other options next time.

Excellent service. They responded within a couple of hours, the boys are professional, courteous and very adjusting. I had to shift material from indore to Pune and I got stuck in bad traffic and got late. They waited and without weird behaviour just professionally continued their service. Highly recommended
