One of the pathetic service they are giving with their packing services. We have shifted from amritsar to chandigarh and booked Kapoor movers and packers unluckily. They have not packed fans and cupboards properly so while coming in chandigarh these things got damaged and non repairable. When we asked their owner about damage he said it happens usually "ye to hota hi rehta hai ap repair Kara lo". We have paid 25000rs for this pathetic service. Even the owner if this company was scolding and threatening us on Phone. His words are"me tuhada jaloos kadunga". How can a company scold their customers after committing mistake by themselves. Please stay away from their packers and movers service. The worst service they have.
