Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Had promised goods delivery in 6 days however really saddening to say that I haven't received it till now i.e 18th day after booking. Owner will just stop attending your calls on not being able to make delivery after a point. Clueless about the location of my goods( scooty books &clothes) while writing this review. Hoping it to reach safely someday. Going to take complaint ahead. Think before risking your items with them. Sharing few screenshots that'll highlight the fake delivery promises the owner kept on making & the overall responsibility they take up as a company.
