I had appointed them for shifting my luggage from Gurgaon to banglore, when we received the material lots of items were stolen/missing. They damaged my new microwave oven completely although I had paid for insurance but I got nothing on return. They stopped picking my calls. I have all the communication about the damage and missing items with them. These guys are worthless they almost cost me separately around rs. 30000 against damage and missing components. I am giving review rating 1 as below that nothing is there. Beware of these guys as they will only commit but they will do nothing.

Worst experience while shifting and choosing Leo packers and movers. I have done a lot of shifting but this was the worst since i was not only cheated but mishandled by them. while shifting within delhi/NCR . They came for survey and gave me a quotation of 12k but it turn out after their clumsy work they gave me a bill of 15 k, saying u ve to pay GST + Green Tax. which none of their guys (including the one who did survey) inform us. they are hiding the cost just to loot customers. Upon taking this issue with the person we have speaking with earlier starter saying shit things and misbehaving with us that u have to pay the amount, when we said ok then we will deduct the amount of damaged stuff . These guys have balls to tell me that since i have not booked insurance i cannot claim the amount , when i asked why havent u told this before ? they said " Sir , cost bata dete toh aap humein book nahi karte " They broke my furniture and damaged other stuff too. NOTE : PLEASE DONT BOOK THEM

Relocated my household within Gurgaon through this packers. I paid 5000 for the service. Some peoples came for loading&un-loading with out any damages the goods were shifted properly. Service rendered by them was excellent. I am gratified with it.
