One of the worst and most unprofessional packers and movers in the town. plz stay away from this sweet tongue though very shrewd and big time liar person. Trust you are going to repent later if you use such an unprofessional service provider

I relocated from Delhi to Pune and By Mahalaxi (Dharmendra) 4 boxes got opened and many items missing. Many household items damage(90% items) like Almirah, Double Bed, Sofa cum bed, Washing machine, Fridge, Kitchen appliances, Scooty, mattress, table, cycle etc. Reason was he put my household items in a truck having iron rods and other stuff. I share all damages images to Dharmenda to raise insurance claim and request Invoice number, and bills and other information require for insurance claimm, then he blocked my whatsapp and mobile numbers and no reply on mail as well. Due to this I missed 14 days timeline to raise claim from reliance marine cargo.

Unprofessional Behavior

I used their services to transport my Activa from Gurgaon to Meerut and specifically asked to be transported in truck. the owner Dharmender sent Activa in truck till Ghaziabad and then asked his labour to drive it to Meerut where on the way met with accident and damaged my newly bought Activa. After incident, they were not at all apologetic and started screaming and saying that we don't have any control, this could have happened with you too. They take no responsibility and will talk to you in a very rude manner. Worst services ever

Dharmendra Malik is a fraud. He loaded liquor in the transport after throwing away some of my goods. Transport was caught in Bihar carrying 1500 litres of liquor. This person should be behind the bar. I lost many of my luggage and had to go through hell to get my luggage from Bihar police custody. Do not engage him for transportation of your valuable goods

Completely unprofessional.. at time of booking they will confirm that moving service will be done within 5-6 days.. take complete payment in advance.. and after that will forget u.. won't receive ur call and if recieved shout on u as if its your fault. Had very bad experience.. Strongly recommend all not to book from him.

They have pathetic services, they trap you in their sweet talks and talk promises. Their packing material, labour, vehicle and everything eventually fall short, charged 3.5% for credit card payment using IDFC machine, checked with bank, they are looting people on false pretext of charges from bank side, lots of items got damaged included thick pure reel wooden costly bed, photo frames, vase, dining table, chairs, cycle, bullet bike etc. some items not delivered and few not even acknowledged by them. They charged 3% of insurance declared value but would do some .03% Declared value insurance and will not be able to provide your receipt from insurance company, eventually despite doing 9k payment for insurance I couldn?t claim a single penny, the transporter is mostly third party and Mahalaxmi used commercial load to mix up the household and covers commercial under household items to evade commercial, thereby complete fraud. The tarpaulin cover of truck is torn. Mahalaxmi won?t pay compen.
