Mass Relocation Uttarpara hooghly

Mass relocation services, picked up our goods from our godown on 28th September with a commitment to deliver within seven days.But after passing of about 30 days neither they are picking up my phone calls nor replying to our emails.Our consignor visited his office but official are interested to reply properly.They are very much rude and unprofessional.More over they have taken advance payment for freight charges.Seems to be a great cheater company.We have paid freight via NEFT to their current account.. Please don't deliver your valuable goods to this company.Beaware of M/s Mass relocation services Kolkata.Their owner Mr Salil Sinha is also not pick up my phone.Is it one man company,if Mr Sinha is not in station, whole managing staff is out of station or closed his company and flayed.. I am making calls on following phone number for last 20 days,, only one day by mistake picked up and replied that will confirm, but till time only waiting.Still waiting for my consignment,, please help.

Would like to rate 0 * reason and would not recommend : 1. extremely unprofessional service and arrogant behavior of the owner Salil Sinha and his son Akash Sinha. we had to call police as they blocked the gate by the truck as we refused allow them to pack things at 9 pm. 2. we had booked their service for packing from ground floor at Durgapur and unpacking at 3rd floor in Bangalore; they took charges however did not pay the local transporter in Bangalore for unpacking, hence we had to hire local facilitators paying extra money. 3. no proper communication, we were told it would take 10 days but we got our packages delivered in 20 days. We were not informed by Mr. Salil Sinha when our package would be delivered even though the local transporter informed Mr. Salil Sinha on which date and time they would deliver the packages. 4. Mr. Salil Sinha does not have the courtesy to pick up or return the call.

Transferred my household stuff with help of this packers and movers from Kolkata to Gurgaon. Their service was worthy they packed and unpacked the things and they shifted the things to the destination in one day. They charged some nominal amount. Pleasure to obtain their service.

Moving Household items through Mass Relocation, Rajarhat. Overall,They charged me 12000. Responses are too good.I am happy and satisfied with their services.

This is a very pathetic service, because recently we have to shift my household items through this business from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata, but they have broken my things. They are not a professional person in this field. Their way of approaches also very bad. They have took 3800 rupees. Really bad...

Availed this packers service to relocate my thing within Kolkata. Their service was unprofessional and unworthy since one my blankets and other things were missing it was bit disappointing. They charged 3800 for the service and they did not refund for the things lost. Unpleasant service met here.
