My experience was very bad, they deposited Rs 500 for left over cartons as security money, and never come to pick the cartons, I followed up couple of times but they kept on making some or the other excuse. Finally they said on my face that they will not pick the cartons. while shifting also they were very reluctant to use packing paper I had to literally fight many times to pack the stuff.
