Incomplete and Disappointing Service

The owner is a smooth talker - he committed to everything. In reality, the workers are security staff who are not well versed with the job. The bigger issue was - he gad sent just a few cartons, no bubble wrap or even paper to wrap glassware (despite confirming that kitchen items and electronics would be wrapped in bubble wrap or corrugated paper). The guys did a fair job but the owner refused to send even newspaper - we had to supply it. The electronics came in cling wrap (half of it, other half was brought just like that) and he had the temerity to demand the cling film back. He literally charged us extra for two sacks - extremely bad experience

Terrible terrible experience!! Out of the five movers, two of them were very good but the rest three are the most TERRIBLE and RUDE set of workers, or should I say NON-WORKERS. The office girl is another extremely unpleasant girl, very rude, not prompt and very non-cooperative, least said about the owner who never responded back to my complaints during the move when his three workers didn't bring enough packing material, not enough boxes, moving things without boxes dirtying our furniture, books, bags and other things and all of it all over the place on the floor, on the road etc, stacking the individual things and bags and stuff on top of one another and dumping into the truck. The folks dumped all my things in my destination home and never bothered to stack it up all in order. Sometimes you land in a good feel and pleasant experience with moving/relocating, but with these om sakthi packers and movers, the least said the better, a nightmarish experience to forget once and forever.

the services were very good, right from the initial call, to visiting the house, estimate, packing, transport and unpacking the load. even helped us with technicians for shifting the ac and other fittings. very friendly and affordable service providers. thanks :)

From this packers, I had shifted my household things from Urapakkam to Singaperumal Koil and they charged Rs.3500 for the total work. The shifting was done professionally by 4 members and no damages in my thing. I am very much happy with their service.

I shifted my House hold goods from the above dealer (Om Sakthi Packers and Movers, Thiruvanmiyur) and shifted from within city packers to shift it I am not happy with their service. They have charged me rs.4,000/-. 4 members came for packing , loading and unloading and shifting without any damage. they took 3 hours for moving. Overall I am happy with they service.

I had to transport my bike chennai nanganallur or thiruvanmiyur to Erode and so I approached these folks. they charged me Rs.2,500. For Packing and unloading 3 person came and they have done a good job. and took 3 day to deliver it but they promised to deliver . Overall service is Good.
