Worst Experience! Booked their service for moving my household goods from Kolkata to Hyderabad. Goods were packed and sent on 2nd April and was supposed to be delivered within 8-10 days (as per their commitment).. I started calling them for an update from 9th April but no one cared to respond. After alot of tries finally they received my call on 16th April and I was updated that my goods were still in Kolkata. Again they stopped taking calls and on 24th when I tried to contact their answer was "itna harbarane se nahi hoga".. Finally I received my goods today (30th April)that too in such bad condition. There were two plyboards of my bed but only 1 reached so my bed is of no use now. There was a broken table (beyond repair), washing machine had a dent, damaged fridge. They not only misscommited us but also gave wrong information to their labours too to save cost.

All our house hold articles were relocated from Delhi to Pune through the Om Deo packers.I will surely recommend this packers to everyone.They have done a very good service and took around Rs.15K.
