Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

#SCAM Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional service by Pragati Packers and Movers. I paid ?41,000 (?26,000 + GST + ?11,880 extra forced payment) for full-service delivery, including unpacking and rearrangement on the first floor. They first claimed my item count didn’t match, even though I shared a clear list in advance, and pressured me into paying extra. On delivery, the team refused to take items beyond the ground floor or unpack as agreed. Repeated attempts to reach their team were ignored, and they even blocked my calls. This company scams customers with false promises and unfulfilled commitments. Stay away!

Suresh Rathod and Naresh rathod the owners of the company are fraud. They lost my expensive goods and never sent the insurance documnet too. i could not claim my loss. They blocked me and my numbers and never received my calls. When i call them from alternative numbers they say that the goods will be sent next day. I am still awaiting my goods for the last two months. DO NOT go with them.

Please don't ever go for this service, they collect advance from you, and they will not deduct it when you make payment, They will not collect the carton boxes even after 3 months, you will see insects growing in those boxes. They will force you to pay 2000 or 3000 as tip, worst people

I would want to rate them negative. One of the worst packers and movers. They would promise many things but not even meet one. Multiple goods damaged on delivery, co-loaded multiple customer goods with promise and charge of single loading, blackmailing for money after pickup. Never believe Mr Pradeep and Suresh, they just want your money and least bothered about your consignment,payment is done they won`t even pick your call, received goods after 3 days. I had to unload the goods since they had no people for unloading. In short if u want damaged goods, tension till goods delivery , pathetic attitude and behaviour and get cheated.. pls contact Pragati packers and movers, Bangalore.
