Horrible service ever, they took the money and then shared no details of the consignment. I had to call and follow up multiple times and the guy Rakesh Jaiswal was rude, abusive and they did not even bother to do a door delivery of my shipment. Some of my appliances were delivered in broken condition and they did not even bother to call me Or inform me about the shipment details. It took more than 10 days for my shipment to deliver. After several calls, the guy finally shared the tracking details and then asked to me check with vourier guys and did not do anything from his end. I had paid 10k for getting my stuff delivered from Kolkata to Pune but it was mishandled and the behaviour was worthless.

Extremely unprofessional. I would like to warn everyone. I called them to come on a certain day and the guy confirmed too; i sent him the address and time to come. However on the day itself, he did not arrive. Upon calling him, he disconnected initially. But later he picked up and didnt have a clue about him confirming to pick up the stuffs. I needed to leave the next day itself and i was at a complete mess. Rethink several times if you wish to sign up for such a horrible service. Also, they charge a lot more (1.5k per carton) while most others charge 900-1k max to shift from Kolkata to Bangalore
