I had a worst experience with them and had to follow up a lot for the delivery. I booked my house hold items from Chennai to Pune in October end. Their website is a cheating game. They will say Chennai to Pune is only 10k but once they reach home, they will ask 10k for transport + toll tax + GST + insurance + state transfer tax + extra + extra = 24k. I was still okay with that but I had to keep my luggage for 6 months in their warehouse, for that they charged 2k every month( which we discussed already). And when the time of delivery came he asked me extra 1500? for spray and keeping the things good. Now when it comes to delivery I asked them to deliver it on time on Sunday or Monday max. But they delivered it on next Saturday that also following up with lot of people on the phone daily 5-6 times. It was pathetic and I got exhausted on the last day. Also somehow I didn't recieve the TV at my end then I had to follow up. It was their at the office in Pune. My fridge came opened to me.

One of the worst services I came across. Delivery of All Household items delayed by one month. Almost all Plastic Items got broken. Bike's Headlight got broken. They forced me the Insurance to take and after items were broken they are not responding. Took 1500 for 50K of insurance and no insurance was done. Rajesh Sharma(9380617100) is such a cheater, Before ordering, he will speak so politely and promptly but once money is given he will not pick up a phone on time and respond harshly. Whatever package item is broken he is just replied in such deliveries small brokerage happens. Even he does not have control at what time where are your packages reside. I have 2 packages missing when contacting back he is simply saying we forgot to dispatch and it's in our godown. On his website, he mentioned GST# but for it he will not properly provide the Invoice. You can't do anything with him, You can just regret yourself taking such a cheap service. #Late Delivery, #Cheating, #BrokenItems

This is about my experience of hiring Rajdhani Packers and Movers for shifting my household goods from Chennai to Howrah. The total amount of INR 9,000 was decides including GST and Insurance value of INR 10,000. Few of the items came in damaged conditions, few items they did not deliver and kept with themselves. For the damaged items, when I asked for insurance, he started saying that there was no insurance coverage. I showed him earlier whatsApp msg for the insurance coverage, and he asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I followed up with him for next 45 days, and everytime he asked me to wait. He is a cheater person and runs this business with the intention of fraud. I will suggest and advice people to go with other service provider and never use Rajdhani Packers and Movers. They will tell you sweet sweet line in the beginning and once they have received the money, they will not hear your point and simply deny for all the services that was discussed and agreed before. Please avoid.
