We recently shifted to Hyderabad from Thane, the service was pathetic, they charged a premium but accommodated all our belongings with 2 other consignment. While packing the owner Mr. Sonawane was very lousy in monitoring the labours. He did not had bubble wrap and also had very limited brown paper roll which did not last till the end. When we received the packages, they were all cramped up and many of them got damaged. Also the unloading of package was not smooth in Hyderabad as the labours were demanding more money from me. After intervening for 1 hr they started their work. I paid 3k extra for insurance but I never got any receipt.
