I had to shift from Banglore to Mumbai.It was very difficult to choose a proper packer and mover from a crowd of such vendors and then i decided to play the game with shift my ghar and the results amazed me. As soon as I placed the query, their coordinate came to us and and gave me the estimation.he further replied to all my queries and given all the details I asked for. Now comes the day of move.they reached my spot on time with all the packaging material. they packed every article in a proper manner .they covered the glass items with bubble ,corrugated sheets and film paper, all the nut bolts and other accesories were kept in a separate box MOST amazingly my favourite crockery was moved without any lose or even a scratch.it was invaluable to me. I was really worried for it. Every article was treated like their own .Don't met with any loss or scratch during the move. One of the worst service providers ever. Two guys who just take the contract and then outsource it over to some cheap movers. My house hold goods and car had to come from bangalore to delhi. After the goods were packed and shipped, there arose a lot of hidden fees ( i had already agreed on an all inclusive deal including taxes and tolls). After agreeing to pay extra tolls and taxes. The insurance rate rose to 5% for car ( govt approved is 3%). The goods were delivered in delhi but no unpacking was done ( was charged 3k for unpacking) just boxes were dumped by daily wager labours. The best part my car was damaged when it arrived ( tyre burst- yes... you read it right.. a tubeless tire was burst, rim damaged, front axle cracked) clearly in some accident or bad driving. When i tried contacting, Mr N says to contact the other provider as he's in bangalore. Says its not his job and i end up paying 25K for repairs and all he does is waive off 5 k from an overall 60k deal.
