Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Please beware of Shiv Shakti Packers and Movers .. have used their service recently.. Transported good from kol to Delhi... My car was driven by these guys, front side damaged in an accident & delivered to me in Delhi with dents/scratches & bumper stuck with fixit or feviquick. The driver in Delhi took 500 Rs for petrol additionally while I had got 10 Ltrs filled in Kol before handing over. Goods landed the next day at 5 AM, without any labour. SPOC was unresponsive, driver demanded 10,000 before allowing goods to be unloaded which he claims was due to him. After waiting on the roads for 2.5 hours had to call police who sent PCR - they helped in getting it sorted. I had to scout for laborers to get the goods transferred from lorry. I am yet to unpack my goods and won'9t be surprised if half my stuff has been delivered with damage. HORRIBLE ... CHEATS ... UNRELIABLE ...

very bad... booked households for Bangalore before 10 days... but they don't follow their commitments... moreover no updates from them to the customer...

They just don't care about the customers. they don't follow their commitments and there is absolutely no transparency what so ever.
