Pathetic, 3rd class service. While I booked the pick up, I was told for 50kg the charges would be around 4500 Inc GST, however, when they picked the boxes, they denied to weigh in front of me plus the packing was 3rd class, half of the stuff was missing. They don't recieve call after taking ur luggage. They clearly denied to return the items, and was asking charges for 80kg luggage which was a total nonsense. Later on, when I recieved the luggage, in the bill total weight was 52kg, and they charged me for 80kg. In addition to that, no response from them after the pick up, and ultimately the delivery is amazingly pathetic, recieved the luggage after so long. Do not go with Shivam express packers and movers, they are more likely to be a fraud service. Waste of money, goods and time.. Instead go for some professional service providers.

With the help of this packers I have shifted the goods from Mahadevapura to Guntur. I paid Rs.24,000 for the shifting, the packing and unpacking was done well and they took very less time to complete the work.

I am not at all happy with the service they did. They took all my beautiful stuff in way I can say they theft my household items. Do not go with this packers I beg you all. its a fraud company with fraud management. They will say something and they do something. I really disappointed with this packers. I lost valuable nice memories :( :( :(.

I shifted my house hold items from Bangalore to Hyderabad(June 25th 2014). I was chosen separate truck for may transport and they charged me extra for that and sent good in combined vehicle. It supposed to be delivered immediate next day(they told same) and got delivered 3 days after. Goods are kept in godam and items are damaged by Rats.. And their strategy is not deliver all items in same day.. they keep some times with them intentionally and they demand you pay remaining amount to deliver rest items. Please don't get cheated like me by choosing Shivam. They do not fulfill their single promise. Till now they have not returned any amount for damaged items.

From Bangalore to Delhi I have shifted my house hold things through this packers and movers. They charged Rs.18000 for shifting but they damaged my house hold goods. Their service not good and irresponsible person.

Shivam packers and movers were hired to transport our household goods from Bangalore to Gurgaon in June 2014. We are now left with all our furniture with scratches, scrape marks, gouged out wood and numerous corners broken. Crockery was in pieces due to being packed with no cushioning. The workers were unprofessional and did not know how to handle materials. They ran out of packing material mid-way through the process while packing, and made do with whatever - which means the shelves, cots, and other items received no packing. they promised to take it to the go-down in bangalore and water-proof wrap the entire lot of goods - that did not happen.<br/>Worst of all, three expensive paintings that we own came with broken glass, and shards have scratched the works for which we have to pay more than 15000 in restoration.<br/>I would like to warn others not to trust the company with their valuable goods. They had a good reputation a few years back, but it has sunk to the bottom now.
