Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I hired them for a within the city movement. I was shown and promised high quality packing and charges were quoted accordingly. I agreed to hire them because of the videos shown and they charged extravagantly promising high quality delivery. But the reality was way far from that. The people who came in were not professionals but local labours , most of the large products were packed with single foam sheets and rest part was covered with either bubble wrap or lamination. While the video showed everything will be covered. No doubt the local labour gave maximum effort and no complaints to them but the company did not fulfill any of the promises they made. Plus there were damages done to my stuff (double bed, single bed,almirah, crockery, table) and the manager told me they will refund my claim but stopped picking up my calls when he saw the amount of damage. In all, don't choose them.

Very unprofeddional and does not bother about promises made to customer. At the time of booking they will promisse you immediate delivery, then they will ask for full payment saying they are in need of money and once money is transferred they will not bother even to answer your call and make timely delivery. Never ever deal with them worst service i have ever seen.

Worst service and totally fraud People specially his owner. During the time of delivery they will ask you to pay extra if you do not pay they start harassing you keeping your 1-2 product them. I request all not to take their service instead lodge police complain against them if they do fraud again with others. They are cheaters and completely fraud company. Please don't go with some good reviews posted here

Worst company to move stuff. This company is a scam. They will promise you that they will fix TV, mirror and table glass after moving stuff but will never do that. They will not even pick your calls. Also, if unfortunately some stuff gets damaged and even if you have taken insurance, these guys will not fix your stuff. Kindly be aware of this company.
