You will regret your decision to use their service, most of the positive reviews are from their own, this is a family-owned business, beware of these crooks.

We had a very bad experience with Sri Balaji Packers and Movers, they misplaced some household items and not many were broken. Even at the last moment they asked for 60% extra money. Later, they accepted to compensate for this. When I asked them to pay it back. When I asked them to return my money, they blocked my number. Request you to all, pls do not use their service.

Not good... they damaged few items...looks for better one.

We are not happy with services of Balaji packers&movers, JP Nagar (& Nelmangala). We transferred from Bangalore to Rajkot on 5th July, 2021: -- We didn't get a dedicated truck for transferring as promised for 3 bhk huge consignment; Instead they sent in 2 trucks scattered with different movers -- They brought a smaller truck and due to that many items we had to leave it at our home; they promised to bring 22 feet truck when we booked -- We never got insurance hard/soft copy; it was supposed to happen the next day -- 1 consignment reached ok; but other consignment had damages in electronic items, vehicles & crockery -- Most of the things were wet due to rain in between; Boxes were broken due to dampness already when they arrived -- After unloading, unpacking was not done (not a big issue, but they promised) -- Few items were missing altogether -- Vehicles were damaged Our contact person was Mr. Madhav (9611857777).

These guys are very unprofessional and cheats. I booked them for shifting my house. After multiple confirmation calls, on the D-day we were all packed and ready to move by 6 PM as promised. They call us at 5 PM and jokingly tell that can we do moving tomorrow? I was shocked, they very well knew that I had to vacate my current home that day at any cost, and also my new apartment had a shifting time limit till 10PM. They said okay we will come by 6:30 PM. After that these cheats didn't even pick our calls or even bothered to reply to messages. We were left in so much trouble because of these guys. We then had to call another packers who luckily agreed to come in short notice and helped us move. Balaji Packers had taken an advance of Rs. 500 too and when I called them next day to get my money back from another friends number, they were absolutely unapologetic about their unprofessional behaviour. I would never recommend them to anyone! They are absolute cheats and have no shame in putting

Today I booked with Balaji packers and movers. They are very reasonable and very professional. They packed all things neatly and unpacked them carefully. I would recommend these ppl as they are very reasonable compared to others in market
