Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

The packers moved goods as required but the handling was not good and some of the furniture was scratched and damaged , the packaging too was not good , the hardly used any bubble wrap. The furniture was packed tight into the truck. The worst thing is they charged GST but have not provided a bill even after so many reminders.
