First The conclusion : Never Ever go for SMS packers and Movers !!! I have shifted my house hold items within the city ( approx. 8 Kms ) & I faced below issues 1. They don't pack properly as the workers came were not professionals. Footwear + Pulses and rice + floor mats in 1 box , Vegetables, Fruits + Clothes and electronic items in 1 Box, everything got rotten and clothes damaged as I didn't open all the boxes the first day !! 2. They charged 10k + 2 K for the cardboard boxes total 12K. Also there was a commitment to take back the cardboard boxes after 2 days and return 2K. But then they were not attending the call 3. The workers were drunkards and they have stolen my Ray Ban glass ( 14K) 4. They have stolen my HP laptop bag and IT peripherals in it 5. They have stolen my tool kit ( BOSCH ) which was very costly So , if you care , within city even Agarwal packers and movers charge 10K or less than that only. Never settle with this company they are just frauds.

Never ever book this mover and packer. Even if its the only service provider in entire country. You will regret hiring these people. Worker provided were non professional, all of them look and behaved like a goons. Very slow and was 3 hours late because of that they have loaded and shifted 90% of item onl and for rest of 10% we had to book small vehicle again. Also they just dumped all stuffs in one place and did not assembled or arranged any huge stuffs. Apart from all these they were very careless they damaged edges of walls while shifting, at our new flat. These is not it after giving so much of trouble they dared to ask for tips that too Rs 500 for each worker i.e 3500 total. For moving 2bhk house stuff i spent about 10000 in total at Bangalore that too for 50 metre distance.

Fake reviews of sms movers and packers. My gold chain is stolen.. food items are eaten by people... totally ruthless and unprofessional service.. They will dump your stuff like garbage... i would not recommend it to anyone... this doesn?t deserve even one star..

Please don't believe these people. They are cheat. They came late to load items and dint pack properly so many items broken. Just only for 5 km they charged 4630 and once they reached to location they asked again to pay 1200 for each people which was so funny, they were total 4 to 5 people. They dint unload my things, packing also they dint do properly. Very unprofessional. I never experienced like this before. Since 4 days calling them, whenever I call him he say will call back in sometime regarding refund. Really I had very bad experience with SMS packers and movers , banashankari
