I have shifted my residence from Vidyanagar to Serilingampally through VRL Logistics Ltd. Secunderabad, they have sent 5 persons to l load and unload and have taken 2 hours to do the shifting, they have charged me Rs.12000 for the same, and the service provided by them was average.

The Less Experienced service I got it from this VRL Logistics Ltd. Secunderabad, Hyderabad. Shifted my Household items from Hyderabad to Mandapeta, The reason was I properly informed them to shift my household items First floor, After they deliver time they Unloaded my Whole Household goods on the Ground floor, The management did this Misunderstanding work, they have Shifted in the Ground floor, After the Loadmans are not done this work, After I called the Other local guys and did the Work, My Sofa Leg got damaged, These are the reasons I am not happy with this, They have charged me around 23000 for shifting & including GST. Overall their service was not a professional.
