i had 43 inch led tv which screen is completely gone now . So the entire tv is of no use now. And one pepperfry tv unit for which one side corner stand is broken and wood sctrached out.. for some reason, I am unable to attach photos in the review. I have paid for 3% insurance for above 2 items.. not sure if I will get any compensation..

On time pick up and delevery. I was in a hurry to pack my bike and ship it to Kerala from Bangalore. They did the pick up within 2 hours of enquiry. Handling was safe and payment was easy.

They did descent job in packaging but unpacking and keeping items to right place e.g. bathroom and right bedroom was not well. They forgot to assemble a bed and eve after reporting it nobody came to fix it. They were flexible to accommodate more items than estimated and but didn?t bring bigger truck which took 2 trips. Finally all items were delivered next day.
