Kohima - Kolkata Customer executive co-operation is excellent. Only redeeming feature in my experience. Had very trrible experience with logistics manager. Rude behavior, denying responsibility for unloading (availed with invoice) as he is out of station, delay in delivery by 10 more days over committed 15days delivery, demanding 10% final payment before shipment, threatening to return luggage to Guwahati if unloading arrangement not done. Not comfortable for recommendation.

Yeh lok chor hai.mera bahut Sara saman nehi mila.uparse booking karne se pehle polishing karega uske baad phone receive nehi karega.basically it is not an packer mover company,it is a broker based company with full damage service.please please do not get trapped,go with reputed packer mover.I have lost many costly things. Dhiman dey,westbengal
