Excellent behaviour till the money is paid. Then extremely rude and disrespectful behavior. I paid to get the goods unloaded at 2nd floor. But when the delivery person came nothing as such was mentioned in their receipt. When I called up Mr. Sandip for assistance, he said pay if you need the goods at 2nd floor. He asked the delivery person to dump the goods at ground floor and leave. I had to pay extra to get the goods on 2nd floor. I was assured that the goods will be delivered within 5 days. I received after 15 days. Extremely bad service.

aapnar babohar thik nei madam. sorry to say madam.. Labour boksis chai, kolkatai amader chelera chai ni bole, okhane chaibe na, sai ta amr garanti nei.. OK madam..
