Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

hello everyone. i am vinay sharma. i had heard a lot about hotline services and ansari bhai and needless to say i sent my car with full trust. 2012 honda city ivtec. the car was received scratchless from outside. but to my horror when i drove an inch i realised there was something wrong. further to my agony i realized the clutch plates were burnt and hydraulic cylinders of clutch assembly were leaking. all this manifested as rpm going to 4000 in 4th gear and speed touching 50kmph. before i handed over my car like any other honda city it easily touched 110kmph at that rpm in 4th gear. well that is because the driver drove my car for 12 km to load it in a trailer. in 12 kms he damaged it so badly that i couldnt acheive this miracle in 11 years on the car. the more than worst part was the callous attitude of the owner ansari bhai. he was as indiffernt as possible. his reply was that he didnot check the clutch and he only made a video of vehicle externally. but internally is a wreck.

The strange thing was that they would demand full payment just after packing and before reaching destination. Service was not good as per price quoted

Very worst service. I have booked full truck for my luggage transport but when luggage was sent by him,,,,,,lot of difference between his saying and doing,,,,,,,,he promises sweet and lie,,,,,advised no booking from this transport till he improves his services

Very worst service, l lost some of my household items and this agency has no response. I found my items with very bad condition. Don't trust on this agency.
