They take all the money in advance and then give your stuff to drivers who crush them into pieces. What you get is fractions of your furniture and badly broken everything that was in the packets. They will not return all your packets. Some will be missing and others they have no idea whose packets they are. Badly organised movers. Pack stuff real bad and you get your stuff in a condition that you only wish you should have thrown away instead of getting moved by them. They broke all my furniture that I bought 4 months ago. I wish I never hired them. Damaged more than 50000 worth stuff and missing too. They made me buy insurance as well from Bharti Axa and now neither the the insurance company nor these people are doing anything about it. I am left with broken furniture, missing electronics and the money I paid them to damage my things. Awful experience. Throw away your furniture but don?t give it to them to move or pack ever.

Chotelal is the most UNPROFESSIONAL packer we have come across. This company works as goons extroting money. They damage your stuff, pack it badly and once damaged products are handed over to the customer they disconnect their calls. We received our cartons torn and open. Furniture was broken.

I sent some white goods from Noida to Allahabad ,got big Dent in fridge and washing machine , beware of this mover and and their sales guy Anil Pal, he is rude and absurd, never send anything which has got some worth ,bunch of thugs.

From Ghaziabad to Gurgaon I have moved my house hold articles through this packers. They quoted Rs.12500 and they delivered it on the same day itself. The packing and unpacking was done by 6 people. While shifting there was damages to my refrigerator and furniture. I will rate them as an average.
