Dear Gents, It is a fairy tale of one stalwart gentlemen of Balaji team whom I met just before 3-4 days for my shifting. Being a regular customer to them and so talked to them very frequently, everytime we see him an energetic active person I hardly remember I met very often. Needless to say, I am talking about Mr. Purkait, Kolkata Balaji team. As I am an NRI, most of the times, my wife used to do the complete deal. When we call him over phone, everytime he used to greet with smile. It seems like he was waiting to serve us. I feel very happy when he listened each of our requirements and took pain to talk to team and come up with creative solutions. I was so astonished that he is receiving 100 calls everyday and his ability to listen patiently makes all the customers like us feel appreciated and empathized when same time he is engaging with other persons in field with various information. The very first day, he gave the detail quatation with competitive rate with others.

I have had a good experience with them. Excellent packaging, professional, on time, and reasonable.
