Recently I had a very bad experience with Bandhan Relocation Packers and movers. We were shifting from Kolkata to Thane.All the people are fraud and harrassed me a lot. Firstly the lady named Sudipta chased me madly for two months to finalize with them. Another person named Dinesh Pramanick who gave me the quotation was a real fraud. Their boss is Munna Singh who regulates everything behind the curtain. As soon as they got hold of our goods they stopped answering our calls. They were not ready to give any information regarding the status of the consignment and which day the truck will leave for Thane. We had paid 55% during loading time and the remaining balance was to be paid after unloading. After 7 days when the truck didn't leave for Thane and we enquired about the truck they started threatening us that unless we pay the balance amount the truck will not leave from Kolkata.We took the help of police in Kolkata and Thane. We had to make the full payment before unloading.

Bandhan Mover and packers agreed to move my wooden temple and took advance of INR 24,000/-. Later they advised their inability to move the parcel and promised to return the advance. It's been two years now and they haven't returned the advance. When asked they advise - "COVID me dhanda manda chal raha hai". Can you believe this guys? not sure how many more customers they must have cheated with the advances.

The guys came without carrying any tool with them, less number of boxes and bubble wrap.

sir, no one provide air bubble in local shifting.

My relocation was done before my expectations with no loss/breakage in transit. All the goods were packed professionally and reached the destination (which was a bit remote area) very safely. I prefer and recommend them.
