consignment note no.005 loading date 23 jul 14 proposed delivery date 3rd aug to 10th aug14,collected by S Basak(Sudipta Basak)from Barrackpore,loading location entered on consign ment note kolkata, still not delivered.i have been informed many date to deliver my goods but lastly on 12 of Oct14 but stil not delivered. i have recorded an audio conversation of S basak and surjit 13 of oct when they said it wil be delvired on 21 of oct 14, but not. where they said goods are stil safe and good codition, when try to contact the does not respond up to satisfactory level or dont attend. on 21 or 22 of Oct14 they gave mea contact no.of Mr Minu who promised it will be delivered on 22 of oct by his transport agency. today he send a sms said the transport is met with an accident and driver died where is my luggage.many bogus things it or they proposed me. It is 3 month already over what hardship i am sufferin me know and god knows. is there any chnces to get the luggage.
